Hello there, I recently came across this article on the internet and it intrigued me because we all know the story of the tower of babel and its mythos of the Hebrews and many of us have seen it to be Fictional and Mythos in Nature due to its background and Pseudo Realistic and Impossible reality.

This Article by a guy named Christopher Eames is here to try to prove its existence and reality which to most honest people is absurd and foolish. And this article will go thru and critique and debunk all the major Falsehoods on this site.

For the original site page: https://watchjerusalem.co.il/2017/06/09/the-tower-of-babel-just-a-bible-story/

So to start off Christopher makes this statement:

"The story of the tower of Babel and subsequent confusion of the languages is a well-known biblical account. Jewish and Christian children grow up familiar with the story. Some believe it to be historically accurate; others believe it to be myth—just an odd biblical story invented long after the fact by a small civilization on the edge of the Mediterranean.

If you’ve followed Watch Jerusalem for long, you may remember our article on the great Flood. A literal reading of the biblical account means that all humanity now in existence came from those eight people within the ark who survived the Flood. If this is true, then traditions of a great flood ought to be found among populations all over the world. This is indeed the case—ancient tracts dating back as much as 4,000 years record the Flood, as well as various stories and traditions preserved from the Middle East to China, Africa to the Pacific, Scandinavia to the Americas."

So here we start with a curious intro and affirmed belief in the babel tower story as well as the flood of noah story. These of course are not only unconfirmed by Reality and Truth from archaeology, History and ealier mythos that are somewhat similar but Very Very Different and conflict with, and are original and more God given then the Hebrew mythos we get from the Bible book. The flood of noah is proven inescapably impossible due to human population, archaelogy, histroy, geology and the unoriginality of the story its blatant falsehood and Fakery in it like borrowing from Gilgamesh and Ziusudra mythos that are much earleir and much more real and God inspired.

There absolutely no Flood stories by the scandinavians, or Africans or Certain America people tribes and that is a proven fact. Only places like Greece, Anatolia, Middle east, Hindi, and Chinese have a massive Deluge story or mythos so yet again these aren't proof of Noah but against and show that it is the one that is fact due to the Truth and Fact that they are Older more God Inspired and Original. All those civilzation prior to the Hebrew Jews and their mythos fiction as will further be shown later, came long long before 4000 years ago which alone is proof against the Noachian flood mythos and tower of Babel fiction mythos that will be shown later.

So, it is clear so far that christopher is incorrect and not honest, or being disingenuous. The same can be said about the tower of babel which is the a fiction (See Below).

And now onto the tower of babel.

"Yet what about the story of the tower of Babel and confusion of the languages? This occurred not many generations after the Flood. According to Genesis 11, it was only after building the tower Babel, after the languages of the peoples were confused, that mankind really began to disperse and spread out over the Earth. If that is the case, then along with a flood story we also ought to find similar traditions to a tower of Babel or confusion of language across the globe.

In fact, various ancient references to this story have been found all over the world!"

Unfortunately it is not the case due to impossible standards of language development and construction of how building were made it is no way of telling (putting too lightly) of how this can even be possibly true or even imagined, this without even clear Fakery involved in the mix.

Also no taking to note that most if almost all cultures around the world show Nothing of this or it to be so as is later to be demonstrated. And taking into account a lot of the Incosistencies and inherent falsehood in story not only showing it to be mythos from the Jews/Hebrews from their time in babylon under nebuchanezzar but due to the flawed and phony essence of all the early bible stories themselves which are hebrew fiction mythos from this to the flood to the exodus to the Creation story to joshua and the Conqest etc. All shows to be from the iron age and invented stories like this as a origin mythos and cultural political agenda which is the same as fiction intentionally shown.

The Genesis Account

"Let’s first look at the Genesis account. After the Flood, which dates to sometime during the 2300s B.C., Noah’s family began to expand from the mountains of Anatolia down into Mesopotamia. One notable figure appears—Noah’s great-grandson, Nimrod.

And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the Lord: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before [against] the Lord. And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel … (Genesis 10:8-10)

Babel (or Babylon) was the genesis of Nimrod’s empire. This major biblical city has been identified in the native Akkadian language as Babili. Genesis 11 continues to describe the construction works that occurred at the central city of the despotic Nimrod:

And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech. … And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. (verses 1, 4)"

This character nimrod here shows another hebrew mytho fictious caharacter like Abraham, Terah, Moses, Enoch, Joseph, and Cain aand Adam and Yahweh. Nimrod here is clearly based off Nebuchadnezzar II later on in the bible since the book gives a double lapsed mytho-history and fiction it makes sense and holds true that this be the case. Nebuchadnezzar in the bible is described as a mighty hunter and Gibor Melek like nimrod, and nimrod's kingdom mirrors perfectly of nebuchadnezzar both have babylon/babel as a center with a tower for their kingdom and nimrod like all early bible hebrew mytho characters has no reality and are based in the Iron age of whom they were created. So, it is clear and undeniable that they are based off the people the jews were at the time contemporaneously under threat with as in Nebuchadnezzar. Same is True with Abraham, Jacob, Noah, Shem, Adam and Enoch and Moses as well as A lot of aspects of Yahweh the god etc...

Babili or Babilu is like real Babylon absolutely different and real unlike the babylon in the bible/Hebrew mythos called Babel or Bavel. Both city models have completely contrary origins. One, babel being evil with a tower against yahweh with abraham terah and nimrod, while the other Babil or Babilu or Babili is a sacred good city that has truth and reality too it. And its founding absolutely conflicts with and refutes the hebrew mythos displayed in the genesis account story. The genesis hebrew mythos babel is iron age based off of nebuchadnezzar, and while the other is based of reality amorites and akkadians and sumerians and early assyrians (all prior to the hebrews and their mythos who created another beautiful city called Babili (Gateway of God via god Marduk one of yahwehs relatives and possible predecessors.)

"The ancient Jewish historian Josephus wrote about the efforts of Babel’s founder, Nimrod, in Antiquities of the Jews:

Now it was Nimrod who excited them to such an affront and contempt of God. … He also said he would be revenged on God, if he should have a mind to drown the world again; for that he would build a tower too high for the waters to be able to reach! and that he would avenge himself on God for destroying their forefathers!

Genesis 11 continues:

And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech. So the Lord scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city. Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the Lord did there confound the language of all the earth …. (verses 6-9)

If the Bible is to be taken literally, this must be the central dispersion point of mankind—when the human population was scattered across “all the earth”—where God confused the “language of all the earth.” So are there any contemporary stories of this account? "

Josephus is Flawed

One thing that needs to be pointed out is that the fact that Josephus was going by hebrew tradition that was based in mythos and agenda based fiction as shown so far and is being shown as we go through.

And, also the Noachian Flood does Not date to 2300 bce, since the earliest date in Truth is 2150 - 2000 bce Chronologically but again it fits nowhere in real history or Fact is shown to be based on Iron age mythos as shown to be the same with the tower of Babel mythos.

It is uncertain that the character Nimrod was a hunter rebel against god (via yahweh) due too the translation "before" gibor in Hebrew גִּבּוֹר and god אלוהים or yahweh yhwh יהוה holds any merit or truth because when investigated its not. He was a rebel he started worshiping new gods or new elohim in place of yahweh like his contemporaries in the post flood world, just like they did in the preflood world of the hebrew mythos with the earlier kings and hunters and tyrant people like tubal cain and good kings and prophets like Enoch and Methuselah and Noah. Not only that but nimrod was a rival to abraham and had terah his father as his general and servant.

Enmerkar and the Lord of Aratta ? Noo Wrong!!!!!!!

"There is an ancient “epic” that has been discovered from Sumer, dating to around 2100 B.C.—not long after the original Flood happened. The inscription, called Enmerkar and the Lord of Aratta, discusses the building of a tower. Partway into the long inscription, we find the following paragraph:

Chant to him … the incantation of Nudimmud: “… the whole universe, the well-guarded people—may they all address Enlil together in a single language! … for the ambitious lords, for the ambitious princes, for the ambitious kings—Enki, the lord of abundance … shall change the speech in their mouths, as many as he had placed there, and so the speech of mankind is truly one.”

Here we read, in the context of attempting to build a tower, an incantation to try to cause people to all speak the same language. We see that the “lord of abundance,” Enki, had “placed” many languages among the nations—and this incantation was intended so mankind could work together with one language. There are other translations of the text, which render it of even closer resemblance to the biblical dispersion of languages. Here is one alternative translation of the same passage:

Once … the whole universe, the people in unison, spoke to Enlil in one tongue. … Then Enki, the lord of abundance … changed the speech in their mouths, brought contention into it, into the speech of man that had been one."

As stated above the original flood is Nothing like that the one of Noah in Hebrew mythos. The one's of the gentiles has reality and truth backed up by evidence and archaeology while the hebrew one is comparatively late and unoriginal, as well as reliant on earlier ones as stated before proven to be true.

The one here in the Enmerkar epic has many gods not one and no yahweh while the babel story has only suspiciously leaning on lost polytheism it was coming out of with the royal we used early on in genesis (Read Genesis 1, 3, 11, 27 and 28 onward.) Also the fact that there are multiple languages becoming one instead one becoming many. And there is no dispersion of languages, and it is a blessing instead of a curse to unite in one tongue and Enlil unlike yahweh didn't create other languages as a punishment but as a blessing stated before. The fact of the matter is that languages were created because humanity separated not because they were united. They become united in one tongue as God manifestation on earth in peace which unlike the tower of babel mythos millenias later is striking to another acclaimed event story in the bible and hebrew mythos and agenda.

This event is in the latter prophets of Zephaniah and Zechariah and Malachi where yahweh will bless the jewish/hebrew people and they all will be one again as well as all the gentiles coming to the land of Jerusalem and zion grabbing hold of the jews saying "we want to be like you ...... because we know that yahweh is with you."This and more when there is mentions of offerings and worship to yahweh at jerusalem from all across the world. And, even hinting at or showing that they all adress in one language via the original one hebrew thus showing the real parallel and relation to the Enmerkar story epic. So the falsehood is the tower of babel comparisson which is opposite of true when in reality and Truth latter alleged story in the tanak has the matching parallels. Many modern day scholars and theologians now understand and retract that flawed theory.

Zechariah 14 Tanak

Zephaniah 3 Tanak

Zechariah 8 Tanak

"Whatever the correct original meaning, the connection with the confusion of languages in Genesis 11 is evident. The ruler in this text, Enmerkar, desired the unity of language in order to accomplish his goals. Historian David Rohl has put forward that Enmerkar is one and the same as Nimrod. The “kar” in Enmerkar’s name means “hunter”—thus a possible connection with “Nimrod the mighty hunter.” Perhaps the preceding consonants, NMR, are also a link with Nimrod’s name.

The tower of Babel is believed to have been in the form of a ziggurat, a massive ancient religious structure found throughout Mesopotamia. Ziggurats have been found dating to very early periods such as this text. Rohl believes the remains of a massive ziggurat at Eridu are the remains of the tower of Babel (there are other theories for this). Wherever the true site is, a building in the shape of a ziggurat would fit descriptions from those such as Josephus, who commented on the tower’s mountainous width rather than sheer vertical height."

The correct original meaning is that as shown here and by the translators and scholars who gave us this. Unfortunately that is false the relation to the confusion of languages is not evident and in truth as shown above and more is evident of the Contrary as proven by the texts. Enmerkar wasn't searching to unite the lanuguages to accomplish his "acclaimed goals" as stated up here. What he said was a statement of future unity and blessing the gods like enki and enlil will bring.

David rohl is not a historian, he is a pseudo theorist and wishful thinking and clear agenda based and dishonest propaganda guy who's been refutted on all his claims including Nimrod having possibly too greatest which non existent and least also non existent to Enmerkar. The word in kar for is Not accurate due to the fact that word for hunter is SHARUR (Supreme hunter or gatherer) its not close to Kar that term or claim comes from Rohl his himself as stated before is wrong and a pseudo Idiot Exposed. As well as the consonants NMR is also flawed since nimrod's is nmrd there's d present and too make it much theres a missing K and R needed in the consonats name. So it is nrmd verses NMRKR, so that makes an Impossible difference aka that which is Irreconcilable, and the ziggurat at eridu does Not match the babel tower due too its a different city long long before babel or babylon which is in Shinar not Sumer to the south but middle mesopotamia in Akkad and Assyria.

See: http://www.bibleorigins.net/RohlsChronologyDeconstructed.htmlhttp://ucl.academia.edu/DavidRohlhttps://www.google.com/amp/anarchic-teapot.net/2013/03/david-rohl-how-to-fail-a-test-of-time/amp/https://rationalwiki.org/wiki/David_Rohlhttp://www.debunking-christianity.com/2016/01/why-david-rohls-response-fails.html?m=1

This like the Etemennaki in Babylon preadates but unlike the Etemenanki is completely unrelated to the tower of babel like the Amar sin in Eridu and other that are absolutely indifferent to Babylon and Babel/Bavel (in Hebrew originally.)

"Putting aside the account of Enmerkar, we find another account closely aligned with Genesis 11—this time, from the ancient Assyrians."

The Assyrian Inscription

"This document, now within the archives of the British Museum, probably dates to the eighth to seventh centuries B.C. The damaged inscription describes the wrath of a God (Marduk) on a building in ancient Babylon:

… he the father of all the gods had repudiated; the thought of his heart was evil. … of Babylon he hastens to the submission, small and great he confounded on the mound. Their walls all the day he founded; for their destruction in the night … he did not leave a remainder. In his anger also his secret counsel he pours out; to confound [their] speeches he set his face. He gave the command, he made strange their counsel ….

The word for “confound” used here is the equivalent word used in Genesis 11, balel, meaning to confuse. The parallels between these texts are obvious.

So far, we have remained within the geography of the Middle East in our examination of Genesis 11 parallels. What about beyond? After all, Genesis 11 said the inhabitants from the city of Babel were dispersed across all the Earth."

This is as will be shown is the only thing that supports the tower of babel myth fiction claim. But this too is different little bit and Not supports or proves But Refutes and shows it to be even more fake. Because the text composed shows it to be at about the same time as the Jews/Hebrews in their captivity in babylon under Nebuchadnezzar. And as will be shown in the next point that there are No further traditions at All that show anything like this but contrary to it and clear Refutation to this as a Fiction myth by the Ancient Hebrews in the Iron Age.

Further Traditions ? Nooo the Absolute Opposite is so in Truth and reality

"Stories very similar to that of Genesis 11 have been found in the Americas. There is an Aztec tradition of the giant Xelhua, saved from a flood, who began building a great pyramid to reach the clouds. The project was destroyed by the gods, and the builders suddenly began speaking in different languages, resulting in utter confusion."

Thats wrong there on several immediate parts firstly the people doing it were giants and not humans in the hebrew mythos. Also there's no spreading of Languages but just construction of a pyramid like structure later dedicated to one of the gods queizcoatyl. and is in the americas far away and unrelated too a claimed fictionalized tale in the middle east from the hebrews. So that claim is False and thus Refuted.

http://what-when-how.com/the-atlantis/xelhua-to-xochiquetzal/

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xelhua

"Another story, sourced from the ancient Toltecs by the 16th–17th century A.D. historian Ixtilxochitl, states that after mankind multiplied following a great flood, a tower was built to protect them in the event of another deluge. The languages of the builders, however, were confounded and the people dispersed. As an interesting aside, many of the ancient Mesoamerican pyramids bear similar resemblance with the ziggurats of the Middle East."

This one however is not based on earlier prehebraic mythos or legends but had christian influence and distortion due to change int eh culture andco mingling of the new world with the old europe already christian aka Hebraic not gentile or pagan in originally like the aztecs were. So this too is Not a source but a falsehood. This too is refuted Invalid.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fernando_de_Alva_Cort%C3%A9s_Ixtlilx%C3%B3chitl

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tower_of_Babel

"Back on the Eurasian continent: An Armenian tradition, recorded in the fifth century A.D. by Movses Khorenatsi, tells of giants who built a high tower, which was blown down by the wrath of God. Within the winds were “unknown words” which were spread about to cause “strife and contention.”"

This also yet again is Not proof because this source was already christianized and lost lots of its original gentile pagan spirito and theos and myth traditions. The story of the tower of babel was brought in upon the natives and they adopted it into their own culture. Take note that this already a christian influence not the native so again this False and also anti proof and proof against to the contrary.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armenian_mythology

"There is also a Hindu tradition of a tall, proud tree that intended to reach heaven, gathering all mankind together under its shadow to prevent them from spreading out (compare with Genesis 11:4). Brahma, however, cuts apart the tree, and from its dispersed branches different languages arise.

A Polynesian legend tells of Rata and his three sons surviving a great flood. After the flood, they attempt to build a tower to see the creator-god Vatea. The god, however, chased the builders away, destroyed the tower, and caused them to speak in various tongues."

OK again this is also False due to the fact that numerous sources of the hindu tale say of this of Brahma doing this the Truth of the matter is that story says Brahma destroy the tree when humanity was still one it was a act of rebellion against any god/s it was just the tree itself was obstructive to brahma with its quasi supernatural essence and presence. He cut it down to stop the tree from growing man had nothing to do with it at. There's no language dispersal or curse. When humanity split to all corners of the globe and after they all developed their languages independently the remnants of that destroyed tree was sent all over the globe to all man. So this too is a contrary to babel tower myth story fiction. So yet again its a misrepresentation of info and sources to support a confirmation bias and blatant falsehood.

The story of the polynesians were also influenced by hebraism when missionaries came to their islands in the pacific it has been proven that there native legends are absolutely nothing like those of the hebrews or jews in the middle east. Like all the other sources this too is clear is antiproof and proof against the tower of babel myth fiction as none of all these cultures with true origins contrary to that in truth and reality and show that is proved here and earlier (see above) to be impossible. So thus completely false as being shown here.

https://books.google.com/books?id=OZouDgAAQBAJ&pg=PT134&lpg=PT134&dq=rata+and+his+three+sons&source=bl&ots=1bDoQ6m0l1&sig=Xv0UBeOjVEJeyocRbeDqjQQTCDI&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjw3IuO8P_WAhXiwFQKHW_1CMUQ6AEIQjAI#v=onepage&q=rata%20and%20his%20three%20sons&f=false

https://www.talesbytrees.com/a-brief-guide-to-the-sacred-trees-of-india/

"There is also a legend from the Gaikho tribe in Burma (Myanmar), which says:

In the days of Pan-dan-man, the people determined to build a pagoda that should reach up to heaven. … When the pagoda was halfway up to heaven, God came down and confounded the language of the people, so that they could not understand each other. Then the people scattered, and Than-mau-rai, the father of the Gaikho tribe, came west, with eight chiefs, and settled in the valley of the Sitang."

And this too is not proof in which it shows signs and clear remants of hebraism again having influence on native populaces and mythos of making of hybrids but a thorough look at the stories from their unhindered gentile and native pasts it shows once again like always the exact opposite in Truth Absolutee. So this too is not proof but proof against the tower of babel fiction mythos of the hebrews in the iron age.

"There would not be room in this article to go through all the traditions. Variations on the idea of a tower of Babel and/or confusion of languages can be found in such far-flung places as Korea, Mexico, Kenya, Estonia, Guatemala, Greece and Alaska, to name a few. These cultures join with those ancient Middle Eastern traditions held by the Sumerians, Assyrians, Chaldeans, Syro-Phoenicians and Hebrews."

There's no room for any of it because its all been proven fake and made up. Every culture gentile outside the middle east and even the middle east all speak truly inescapably against it and showing it to be False and made up. There is no babel tower fiction mythos exists no where but in the minds of the ancient jews/hebrews of the iron from once it came. There's nothing in Guatamala, Korea, Greece, Alaska, none else sumerians any etc the babylonians and assyrians in the iron age along with the hebrews in truth show this and why is that huh ? Because its Not true the Truth is the absolute opposite and the alleged sources he christopher gives is proof babel tower mythos is based off those ones since in truth those came first, and far are more god based and original than the hebrew babel myth fiction, the hebrew babel one is based off those and is proof of those with their influence to it instead of the thesis on this page that is immediate falsehood now refuted and exposed.

So only the Assyro-Babylonian one of all ever really supports and suppo-sedly confirms the tower babel hebrew mythos but it too even shows the contrary like their being gods than Yahweh it being Marduk with his tower and humans being wicked and challenging his divine majesty. Due too since the tower of babel from the Hebrew jews is fake and later and has much less or no Reality compared to assyro-babylonian poem of a tower in babylon and divine language confusion it is unavoidably clear this one came first is the true one and influenced the hebrew babel tower mythos fiction when the ancient jews/hebrews were in babylon under nebuchadnezzar they tower babel myth fiction, flood of noah, creation exodus etc are all hebrew fiction mythos narratives derived alot from the earlier gentiles and pagan before them and their mythos that refutes the hebrew one and set the basis partly for it like the babel tower and flood mythos creation exodus etc.

"Thus we see evidence of a widespread, common idea. A common idea points to a common experience. Many scoff at the biblical story of a tower of Babel and subsequent division of the languages, yet its general account is found preserved, in some form or another, across the globe. What must have happened to trigger the recording of such stories? Perhaps a great tower really was built, way back in our shared history. Maybe our forefathers really were dispersed abroad, according to our new languages. Perhaps this historical and cultural mark was left on all mankind—not just the Israelites, who preserved record of it in the Holy Scriptures."

Unfortunately wrong again no one sees evidence ever in honesty but wishful thinking and dishonest claims and immediate falsehoods that are ad hoc on the spot. The real any division of languages is proof undeniable against the tower of babel mythos fiction. Our fore fathers spoke nothing of that or any thing other than ones of the middle east in late babylon with the one late minor group yet to dominate and deceive the world the hebrews with their mythos fiction. Everyone else who unlike the jews/hebrews the gentiles came first aka real humans or preadamitic humans created inflicted and interactive with a Real gentile God or Gods unlike the hebrew god yahweh who was clearly made up and came later. The bible as shown online and in the world more awoken and enlightened world todaysiteit as a ungodlike non divine based book of human Lies and stealing and remixing things from earlier real God based Truths and holy books and scriptures that do stand forever and true and give real supernatural Divine History and origins.

Thank you Again...
